A trained chef, Rajat Parr grew up in Calcutta, India, before journeying to the United States where he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park.

Marc Rayfield served in a variety of executive positions for CBS beginning in 1992.
Most recently, Rayfield was Senior Vice President/Market Manager for its audio and digital operations in New York, including legendary brands 1010WINS, WCBS, WFAN and cbsnewyork.com. He left to start a venture capital firm in November, 2017.
Under his leadership in New York and before that, Philadelphia, CBS radio stations accumulated numerous national honors including the National Association of Broadcasters Legendary Station of the Year award three consecutive times (2015-17). He is the only executive to have ever done so.
Known as a digital pioneer, Rayfield was part of the leadership team to launch cbsphilly.com and radio.com. In June, 2017, CBS's daily FOMO NYC e-newsletter debuted in New York, written for and by millennial New Yorkers, and in January, 2018, his new Tribeca Capital Partners advised on a newly created live video channel for Twitch.tv, owned by Amazon. He also served as executive producer for concerts featuring Tony Bennett, James Taylor, Jimmy Buffet, One Republic, Train, and Kelly Clarkson.
Active in the community, Rayfield has also received honors for his public service for the Police Athletic League, the March of Dimes and Temple University, who inducted him into its alumni Hall of Fame in 2007.
Rayfield served as the Chairman of NYMRAD, as well as on the Boards of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the Police Athletic League, the Philadelphia Zoo, Temple University's Board of Visitors, Simon's Fund and the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph's University, among other organizations.
He has a BA from Temple University and a MS from the University of Pennsylvania.
Rayfield and his wife Nicole have two daughters and reside in Villanova, Pennsylvania.
